We start right here. From your pre-approval letter to closing, you will hear my voice, see my text messages, receive emails. I promise to keep you in the loop with everything that's going on. You will never have to find me or wonder where we are in the process of buying your Dream Home.
The best way to start the home buying process is by determining if you can afford to purchase a home and, if so, how much can you afford. You can do this by getting pre-approved from a mortgage lender.
Being pre-approved by a lender before making an offer on a home can save you thousands of dollars later. I’ll put you in touch with top lenders to get you the best terms, lock in your price range, position you as an attractive buyer.
I will get you access to the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and send you listings in the search area and price range that interest you daily. When you see a property you like, call, text, or email me with the address. I will get more information and set up a showing. Once you find the one, it’s time to write an offer.
